He is a graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 33 years of experience in Indian Railways in the field of Electrification and Rolling stock. He is from Indian Railway Services of Electrical Engineering (IRSEE) and involved in project execution of Railway Electrification projects right from initial survey, design, execution and up to commissioning. His vast experience will be useful for successful completion of various projects of the company. He has held various important positions in Indian Railways in executive and administrative capacity.

Sri Pillai is having 25 years of experience in the design of Railway. Electrification Systems. His vast experience has helped in solving major design solutions to Indian Railways and public sector undertakings. He is a man of highly knowledgeable and guides others for perfection and standardization.

He has more than 5 years of experience in execution of various Railway Electrification projects. Over and above, his other talent in execution of large projects, his present responsibilities has been to shoulder the company's entire project works in the South Central Railway and East Coast Railway. Jurisdiction. He has successfully piloted in execution of  many  Electrification Projects in high technology areas. He will interact with client on day to day basis and coordinate with project units for smooth progress of work.

Mrs. Padmaja has degree in commerce and having a handful experience of more than 10 years, handling operation of treasury of entire company in a meticulous manner.
